If we don't have your size in stock, no problem! Just get in touch with us and we'll be happy to order in the exact size and wetsuit you're looking for. We'll keep you updated throughout the process.
I don't know what type of wetsuit I need?

Don't worry—we're here to help! With years of experience in the cold North Sea, we have firsthand knowledge of what you need to maximize your time in the water. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced surfer, visit us in-store or give us a call for personalized advice and recommendations.
When will I get my order?

We work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. As a small, independently run business, we always aim to dispatch orders the next working day, or same-day for orders placed before 12pm. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

We make every effort to ensure that the products you receive match what's shown on our website. All product images are carefully selected to be accurate. However, in some cases, products may vary slightly due to manufacturing or lighting differences. If you have any concerns about your order, please get in touch and we'll be happy to help.
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You'll always see the exact shipping price before you complete your purchase, so there are no surprises at checkout.
Can I try before a I buy?

Absolutely! We encourage you to visit us in-store to try on all our wetsuits and clothing. Getting the perfect fit is important, and we're here to help you find exactly what you need before you purchase.
Can I return my item?

If you're unhappy with your item for any reason, we're here to help. We can arrange a return or exchange. For clothing and wetsuits, items must still have their tags attached and must not have been worn or taken into the water. Please contact us to discuss your options.

Yes, we do! We sell gift vouchers, which make the perfect present for friends and family. They can use them to shop in-store and find exactly what they're looking for.
