10. Wetsuit Returns

For hygiene and resale reasons, wetsuits must be returned in brand new condition.

We cannot accept returns where:

  • Tags have been removed.

  • The wetsuit has been used in the sea, pool, lake or river.

  • The wetsuit shows signs of use, sand, wax, salt, sunscreen or odours.

  • The wetsuit has been damaged, altered or marked after delivery.

This does not affect your statutory rights if the wetsuit is faulty or not as described.

11. Gift Cards

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable except where required by law.

Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaced.

12. Promotions & Discount Codes

Discount codes:

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • May have expiry dates.

  • Cannot usually be combined unless stated.

  • May be withdrawn at any time.

We reserve the right to cancel promotions where misuse is suspected.
