Order Processing
We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible.
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding UK Bank Holidays).
- Orders placed before 2:00pm are usually dispatched the same working day.
- Orders placed after 2:00pm, on weekends, or on Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During busy periods, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
UK Delivery
We offer delivery throughout the United Kingdom using trusted courier services.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days
- Express Delivery: 1–2 working days (where available)
Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and selected delivery service.
Free UK Delivery
We offer free standard UK delivery on orders over £100.
Orders below this value will be charged the applicable delivery rate shown at checkout.
Large & Bulky Items
Surfboards and other oversized products may require a specialist courier and may incur additional shipping charges.
If additional charges apply, we will contact you before dispatching your order.
International Shipping
We ship to selected international destinations.
International customers are responsible for:
- Any import duties, customs charges, VAT, or local taxes.
- Any customs clearance fees charged by the destination country.
Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination and customs processing.
Tracking Your Order
Where available, you'll receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Delays
While we work with reliable delivery partners, delays can occasionally occur due to:
- Severe weather
- Courier network issues
- Customs processing
- Industrial action
- Other circumstances beyond our control
We cannot accept liability for delivery delays caused by these events, but we will do our best to keep you informed.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before completing your order.
We cannot be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Deliveries
If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us as soon as possible and, where possible, provide photographs of both the packaging and the item.
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier.
Collection
If we offer a Click & Collect service, you will receive confirmation when your order is ready for collection. Please do not travel to collect your order until you have received this notification.
