Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they meet the conditions below.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Wetsuit Returns
Due to the nature of wetsuits, we can only accept returns if they are in brand new, resalable condition.
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds if:
- The original tags have been removed.
- The wetsuit has been worn in the sea, pool, lake, river, or any other body of water.
- The wetsuit shows signs of use, stretching, odours, sand, salt, wax, sunscreen, or any other evidence of wear.
- The wetsuit has been damaged, torn, marked, cut, or altered in any way.
We recommend trying your wetsuit on indoors, ensuring you do not remove the tags until you are certain you wish to keep it.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If an item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the payment.
Original delivery charges are only refundable where required by UK consumer law.
Return Postage
Unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:
- Wetsuits with removed tags.
- Wetsuits that have been used in the sea, pool, lake, river, or show any signs of wear.
- Wetsuits that are damaged, altered, or soiled after delivery.
- Gift cards.
- Any personalised or custom-made items.

To arrange a return, please contact our team with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how to return your item.
